Looking over the parts diagram I realised the only thing that could be causing that is part number 40. I went out and pulled the Mik off - popped the top and low and behold - that bolt was missing. I went back through my Mik rebuild parts ziploc bag and found parts 40 and 40a. Put the bolt in, put the carb on, cranked it up and reved it up.
